Sony Xperia go – Video Review and A1 Outdoor “Torture” Test

Ray over at PhoneArena reviews latest Xperia family member, the Sony Xperia go. It’s a dust-proof and water-resistant phone, but how strong it is?

Check the videos after the break.

The Xperia go is a dust-proof and water-resistant phone, features a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 Reality Display powered by Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 1GHz dual-core processor, 512 MB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, microSD slot (up to 32 GB), 5 MP back camera, 1305 mAh Li-Ion battery, run Android 2.3 Gingerbread (upgradeable to Android 4.0) out of the box and is available in black, white and yellow.

How strong it is? Video is in German but well worth (fun) watching.

Impressive!

Arc Keyboard Coming to Windows Phone 8?

It looks like Microsoft may be holding a few tricks up their sleeves until closer to the launch date of Windows Phone 8 this fall. One of them could be that crazy looking keyboard you see up top.

WM PowerUser claims to have gotten this picture “courtesy of a leaked Microsoft Research presentation.”

One would have to imagine that this would almost be a more modern day version of T9 predictive text that was so common place not to long ago. While I really didn’t care for it than perhaps, just perhaps it has come along far enough now to be useful.

If Microsoft would be using this keyboard on their WP8 phones it makes me wonder if it would be choice between this and stock keyboard or not. Personally I would rather see them bring Swype over to Windows Phone first. How about you?

Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD – Promo Video

Announced earlier this year at MDWC 2012, the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD tablet is expected to hit the shelves next month, but before that to happen, the MediaPad 10 got its first promo video. Check the video after the break.

The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD features a 10.1HD (1920 x 1200) display, Huawei’s K3 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 16 core GPU, 2 GB of RAM onboard, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3 MP front facing camera, Dolby surround sound, LTE (optional), docking keyboard (optional), weighs 580 grams, it’s 8.8mm thick and runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box.

Some great specs you have to admit!
